"Brenda Green is a wonderful person and very caring and compassionate when it comes to helping her clients . I went in the other day and told her we needed to try and cut the cost of our insurance or we would have to seek out to other insurance companies. After we talked a short time she went into her network and shuffled some things and was able to reduce our premium by over $100 by changing our deductibles to a different amount to lower that. When ever I need assistance I always make a point to always getting Brenda as she knows me well and what my needs are . It’s always a pleasure going into your office and being greeted by Brenda as she always has a happy smile and friendly personality and goes over and beyond to try and help all customers coming thru the door . If I had to give a rating for Brenda it would be a 10 . Not saying the rest of your staff isn’t like Brenda but never have been helped by the others . As the saying goes it isn’t always about making your company big money it’s the relationship you build with your existing and new customers. Before I left Brenda gave me one of your 2026 car calendars she knows how I love the old cars !!"

WON'T BE SAYIN ANYTHING NICE ABOUT THIS PLACE....LOL! Thats not true Mark, I gave her my first name, DOB and address...you're being lied to, of course. Doesn't matter now, HORRIBLE customer service! Other insurances did not require me to give them my last name."
